We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and very clean, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel facilities, including the pool and gym, were top class and well-maintained. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was right across the street from the zoo and close to some excellent restaurants. One highlight was dining in the revolving restaurant on the top floor, where we enjoyed amazing views of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, with one staff member going above and beyond to assist us with local transportation.
Could not be improved in any way.

I recently stayed at a hotel near the zoo in Beijing, and I was really surprised by the quality of the Xiyuan Hotel. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. One highlight was the fruit basket that was waiting for me upon arrival. The hotel also had access to a gym and a lap pool, a nice bonus. The location of the hotel may not be ideal for tourists, but there were a few good restaurants and shops within walking distance. I had a positive experience and would recommend the Xiyuan Hotel to others.

Thought it was near our son's apartment but we were wrong so the visit required a lot of taxis. If however you want to visit the zoo..it is right there and you can see pandas. The staff did not speak much English and we got into a few confusing situations. Clean, great breakfast buffet, reasonable sized room.
Staff did not speak much English and we were jet lagged so we had some communicaitons difficulties.

Our stay at this hotel was truly luxurious and we received exclusive amenities that fulfilled all our needs. the Spa and wellness center was exceptional, and we thoroughly enjoyed unwinding in the sauna after a day of exploring the city. the indoor swimming pool was clean and inviting, and the garden area provided a peaceful escape. Our room offered exclusive advantages such as a comfortable king-size bed, high-quality linens, and a spacious bathroom.
The only minor issue we encountered was that the private facilities were not as exclusive as we would have liked them to be. We did not receive the level of privacy we expected in our room, with cleaning staff entering without knocking.

Located near the zoo, with a Chinese market right across the street and a delicious in-house Muslim restaurant serving authentic western China food. Rooms are clean and cozy, with nice bathrooms and good service. Breakfast has a good mix of Western and Chinese food. the hotel has a pool and exercise room, but these cost extra.
English speaking staff is limited, but the hotel operator can assist with wake-up calls.

The hotel offered a cozy and intimate atmosphere, great for a romantic getaway. The rooms were well-maintained and the bathroom was modern and clean. The complimentary breakfast had a decent array of options to choose from. The hotel was located in a nice area, close to a train station and within walking distance from a shopping mall and restaurants.
The hotel lacked a swimming pool and fitness center, which was a letdown for us as we wanted to maintain our healthy routines during our stay. The language barrier was a bit of a challenge as the staff had limited English proficiency which made communication difficult at times.

During my New Year stay, the hotel offered complementary champagne and snacks which was a nice surprise. The location was great, being close to popular tourist attractions and easily accessible by public transportation. The room was spacious and had a nice view of the city.
The hotel was old and run down. The carpets were stained and the bathroom tiles had mold.

The hotel was big, clear, and had nice fittings in the lobby and common areas. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff, especially Mr. Jin Li, went out of their way to help with local transport. The cleaning staff was attentive and efficient, always providing excellent service. The location was perfect for our needs, being close to our destination, the Capital indoor stadium.
Cannot find any fault.
